EIWLR: No more
unreported judgements With more courts, more judges
and new judgements everyday, it is difficult to keep track of new legal
proceedings. The most effective way to ensure that you are up to date is to
subscribe to electronic Irish Weekly Law Reports. Traditionally, Law Reports in
the Republic of Ireland have been selective in coverage, allowing for “unreported”
judgements to become an unfortunate component of our legal system. Thanks to eIWLR, you can obtain all judgements of
the Superior Courts at your desktop or laptop. Now you can access all written
(reserved) judgements of the Superior Courts from July 1998, including some
Circuit Court judgements. compiled by Bart D. Daly, BL, editor of Irish Times Law Reports since 1989 and
configured by Lendac, eWILR is
designed to follow the exact tabulation of every page and paragraph of the
original judgement, an added bonus for accuracy in citation and brief
preparation. To look at what eIWLR can

Produced by the
American Association of Law Libraries, the Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals
is a multilingual index to articles and book reviews appearing in approximately
492 legal journals published worldwide. It provides in-depth coverage of public
and private international law, comparative and foreign law, and the law of all
jurisdictions other than the United States, the UK, Canada and Australia.
It covers all languages except Arabic. IFLP also analyzes the contents of approximately
80 individually published collections of legal essays, Festschriften, Melanges,
and congress reports each year. Beginning in 1960, IFLP was first
published by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at the University of
London. In 1984, IFLP moved to its
present location in the Garrett W McEnerney Law Library at Boalt Hall School of
Law, University of California, Berkeley, where it utilises the international
and foreign law collection of the library.
